Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled or exchanged once purchased.
Ticket reservations are deactivated 45 minutes prior to showtime. Reserved tickets must be collected from the Box Office at least 45 minutes before the movie starts.
Entry is allowed only to valid ticket holders. Late arrivals may not be permitted after the show begins.
Children above 3 feet in height require a separate ticket. For movies certified ‘A’, viewers must be 16 years or older, and age verification may be requested.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the cinema premises.
Mobile phones must be silenced, and any form of photography or video recording is strictly prohibited during the show.
3D glasses, if provided, must be returned before exiting. Loss or damage will incur charges as per theater policy.
Emergency exits must remain clear at all times. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or disruptive conduct may result in denied entry or removal.
The theater management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
By entering the premises, customers agree to comply with all safety and conduct rules. Decisions by [Theater Name] management are final and binding.
